Renovation of the Victoria Street Cultural Centre has uncovered widespread mould, which is expected to add significantly to the project cost.
The mould in the building's north wall was discovered when the contractor, DeAngelis Construction, began work to install new windows, according to a report by Rick Daly, manager of business development and programming.
