More than four years after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, thousands of homes across the Gulf Coast still remain uninhabitable. In an effort to put families back in their homes, United Way of Greater New Orleans works with the St. Bernard Project to rebuild homes in the parish immediately east of New Orleans. Drew students joined the many volunteers who have helped to move hundreds of families back into their homes through the project.

Throughout the week, Drew volunteers were partnered with Student United Way volunteers from the University of Florida, Gainesville, to complete mold remediation on a house in St. Bernard Parish.
