Chrystal Lafontaine has until midnight Monday to remove all of her possessions from a basement apartment at 1122 Second Ave. S.E. owned by Bula Enterprises, Circuit Court Judge Deann Novotny ordered Friday morning.
Lafontaine stopped paying rent in March because she considered the apartment uninhabitable because of mold.
