Improvements have been made to the Beech Grove City Hall, but mold levels are still elevated, an outside environmental inspector told 6News.
The Marion County Health Department has cited the city of Beech Grove since March of 2008 when a leaky roof and water damaged, deteriorated and moldy walls and ceiling tiles were discovered, 6News' Joanna Massee reported.
"We have procedures we have to follow, and we were following those, and we were on them," said Marion County Indoor Air Specialist Lisa Cauldwell.
