MUNCIE -- A local landlord said her Muncie property was unfairly targeted by neighbors and city officials when it was tagged as unsafe and abandoned earlier this month.
Andrea Ginther, an Indianapolis-based landlord who owns two Muncie properties, said other than two minor problems -- a broken window and some misplaced side skirting -- her trailer at 1225 E. 20th St. was in similar or better shape compared to other trailer homes in the area.
