"We are moving ahead," Stockton Supervisor David Wilson told the Stockton Library Board.

He was referring to obtaining answers to the mold problem that has closed the Cassadaga Branch Library since August.

Wilson was alerted to the problem by district librarian Katherine Heath.

"Katherine called me on Aug. 22 and I inspected the Cassadaga Library the next day," Wilson said.

He contacted the county health department only to learn it doesn't deal with mold.
