Flooding drenched much of Omaha over the summer. Those flood waters are now gone, but what they left behind is a real nuisance to homes this fall--mold.
"We've definitely seen an increase this time of year," said Jeff Spidle with Mold Solutions.
Mold can be found all over the house: basements, bathrooms, underneath carpet, drywall, and even attic spaces. Spidle says most mold problems start with some kind of water leak.
"If you don't fix the water intrusion, odds are, new mold can come back," he said.
