The linked article is a great example of how employers, landlords and government agencies can obstruct and confuse a mold investigation to the detriment of people forced to work in unhealthy buildings.
Some credit for the mess must also go to the mold inspection company, whose technicians apparently are able to look at obviously moldy wallpaper and fail to recognize that the wall behind the paper is also moldy, and that there must be a moisture problem here somewhere.
The band-aid solution - taping over the seams of moldy wallpaper - would be comical if it weren't so tragic for the trapped SSA employees.
