A COUNCIL tenant has denounced his unbearable mouldy bedsit that he claims has driven out appalled residents for years.
Asthmatic Walter Mitchell said the damp, smelly and mouldy council property in Elizabeth Road, Pilgrims Hatch, was once a rubbish storage area, but when it was converted more than 20 years ago, nothing was ever done to stop the damp rising through the ground into the property.
