PINE GROVE - After two weeks of being displaced due to mold concerns, residents at Mill Race Apartments were allowed to return to their homes after a restoration company inspected the building and said there was no threat to the senior citizens.
"The residents are home and they're happy. I'm happy and I consider the issue resolved," Chad Nagle, co-owner of Mill Race Apartments, said Monday.
However, Pine Grove Mayor Kimberly Brown-Zerbe said Monday that test results she received Wednesday showed three types of mold in the building.
