Diane Forrest is fighting back.

Tired of waging a one-woman battle, the automobile dealer and longtime Beverly Hills resident came to City Council's Tuesday afternoon study session with a mission.

Armed with a laptop computer, she spoke on behalf of the people of 350 N. Crescent Dr., accusing Property Management Associates of substandard living conditions, tenant intimidation, and potentially lethal mold.

“The biggest problem, and my overall concern is that I know firsthand many seniors and disabled residents are afraid to complain,” Forrest began.

“I have filed a case with the L.A. County health department which has cited the building for multiple code violations.”
