School administrators acted quickly once the mold was found in the classrooms inside the health sciences building.

The school brought in experts to test it.

"They found a couple different kinds of mold," Stephen Danik, a spokesperson for CCBC, said. "They found … bread mold or penicillin-like mold, but there were some other ones that were a little bit more harmful to health."

Namely they found something called stachybotrys of which there could be many varieties.
