The Gillett School District is getting ready for classes after mold discovered last month pushed its school schedule behind a week.

With the mold problem now behind them, teachers and parents are gearing up to begin the school year a little late.

"They absolutely love this school, and they're very excited to come back this year," Vicky Britton, who has two daughters at Gillett Elementary, said.

It's a school year that began a little later than usual for Gillett Elementary because of the mold discovered last month.
