Mold has invaded the former Green Meadow Elementary school building south of Oshkosh, district officials said.

Moisture soaked through the floor of the vacant building at 4304 County Road N and caused the mold breakout, said Randy Johnston, director of buildings and grounds for the Oshkosh Area School District.

The issue will most likely hinder the sale of the building, which was put on the market last fall for $285,000.
