If you live anywhere in the MD Suburbs you may have noticed that the two feet of snow that was dumped on the area last week has all but disappeared. Rising temperatures and a day and a half of rain helped get rid of a lot of the white stuff. Unfortunately, the combination of melted snow and rain has caused the ground to become saturated with water. As we all know water seeks its own level and it also seeks the path of least resistance to find its own level.
