Data loggers improve school air quality; applications in the field

Morse Zehnter Associates gets its share of customers looking for fixes to their indoor building problems.

With an office in West Palm Beach Florida, MZA is often contacted for ways to control the mold and humidity that occurs in south Florida.

One school district in the area contacted MZA to solve its indoor air quality problems. Staff members from the school started to see mold growing in the classrooms. Floors were often slippery due to condensation from high humidity levels and a musty odor would linger in several areas. School officials were concerned about the risk of mold and other microbial organisms causing health issues, especially for those with asthma or other serious respiratory diseases.
